Pancakes

Not to be completely out done by Gary (see comments under the "Closet" post below) I got up and made Sarah pancakes before work today.  It was nice to have a sit down breakfast with my Sweet Wife on a weekday.

I didn't get a pic of the pancakes, or Sarah, but here is one of the most beloved pots in the house, a mixing bowl by Clary Illian.

Class was good last night but sort of exhausting.  Always lots to do on the first night.  I'll post more info on the MW trailers later.

I went to college near Clary Illian. I've looked up to her for quite a while. Her work ethic and her willingness to sell functional pots for a reasonable price are both pretty admirable. I hope your finger is healing up. Nail guns are really handy, but a little bit scary.

I took a class w. Clary several years ago at Arrowmont. It was great! She's always been a huge influence. Sarah and I visited her back when we drove to Minnesota too. It was so cool to see her workshop and where she lives. Clary's pots are some of my most favorite.
