Mugging it up

I received an email from Hannah after I posted my pots this morning. It made me laugh. Here's what she said,
" WHAT have you done with that blue! Good god man what where you thinking?

;)
Only joking , well it's pretty erm striking shall we say. However I do love that you just keep on trying such new stuff, where do you get the energy? It's fascinating to watch."
Thanks Hannah!!
Here is a group shot of some mugs from today.
And the goat sheep figure got slipped
Right. Time for supper and then probably penciling in some more images on other pots.

well ron is it a sheep or a goat??...you are the country boy....cute H you either like blue or dont eh...
Sheep!! I've got goats on the brain I guess.
I don't specifically dislike blue but that just hit me in the face Ang. I do like the sheep too, sweet beast, a bit Wallace and Grommit-esque.
Have a look at this site Ron, you might like it:

I have some friends work there, they do some incredible stuff, not Wallace and G though.
Cool site. I love it!
You never know until you try, right? Everything in moderation...including blue. I vaguely remember a story from school about blue pottery - something about blue selling better. Could be old wives tale though.
Ron,
I think it is great that you keep trying new things and sharing your results with all of us. Remember we are almost always our own worst critics. Different things appeal to different folks as you can clearly tell by the response to this post. I love seeing the new things you try and yes, some of it I L-O-V-E love and once in a while not so much (remember I don't like critters with teeth in the bottom of my bowl?).
Keep up the great effort and your willingness to share. Missing you still at Clayworks!
