I baked this cake last night for our Valentine's Day dessert. Sarah had a late appointment with a client so I cooked dinner, Pad Thai, Sarah's favorite. It's also quick and easy. This 'cake' was pretty easy too. It has no flour but it does have 1 lb of bittersweet chocolate, and 9 eggs. Not so good for you but it sure tasted great...with a little whipped creme on top.No Flour
